One Camera, (Nearly) Unlimited Detail

GigaPan is a camera that, over the course of 10 minutes, can take a "photo" composite of 124 different photos. While it was co-developed by NASA, I think we can all agree that it would serve the public best at sports and political events. See for yourself (literally).
