Luke Jenner: You can’t change your taste, really; you can hone it, but you like what you like.
Chad Hugo: We were just trying different things, just trying to find the right words to say.
Jenner: We just have a party.
Hugo: Yeah. There were some good vibes there.
Jenner: My favorite thing about New York is it’s this endless supply of interesting people that turns over all the time.

Hugo: That’s always the core: clubs and suburbs. You just have to be in agreement with people. Absolutely.
Jenner: Absolutely. I remember somebody left their furniture in our front room and they didn’t come and get it for four months, so we just put it on the roof.
Hugo: It’s interesting that they came up with a plan, you know what I mean?
Jenner: [Laughs] I don’t know what’s going on these days, really.
Hugo: I don’t know if that answers the question.

Jenner: Everyone was grabbing and trying to control me.
Hugo: Oh man, it’s an honor.

Hugo: I guess you could call it that.
Jenner: I think I just needed to sit in front of a computer screen and listen to ambient loops for a couple of years.
