"Hail to the Chief," updated

Christian Kiefer has put together the amazing compilation Of Great and Mortal Men: 43 Songs for 43 U.S. Presidencies—featuring bands like the Radar Brothers, Mark Kozelek, Califone, and Bill Callahan. To celebrate Obama’s inauguration, some of the bands will be playing a Washington City Paper-backed show in D.C. on the 17th, at the Sixth and I Historic Synagogue.
